This is such a scam site. It looks to me they don’t have money for payouts, possibly going bankrupt. You have been warned.

After threatening a chargeback to my credit card of all the deposits I made on this site, I finally received my winnings after 34 DAYS. This is not a site where you can have fun because it’s simply not fun to be tangle up with their slow and inefficient customer service and false promises. I mean, seriously, 34 DAYS to get your winnings!!! I will never play on casino.com again. You have been warned.

Very bad service I can say.. I deposited money 10 hours ago using smart EFT and it hasn’t reflected in my account.. When I ask for help nobody responds… Emails they only say we will look into it but nothing so far.. Live chat I was attended by one guy who asked me to produce a bank statement to show that funds are deducted from my account.. Yet in the transaction history it shows that I’ve made a deposit and the money is still pending…. Their service is so bad and they are not willing to help… I’m new and I’m already frustrated.

Worst site EVER. they take your money but won’t honour the new customer bonus and when you ask live chat customer service they don’t answer your question at all for ages and eventually say well you are not eligible to receive the bonus that they said would give but you arent sanctioned so can still deposit again!!! Absolute robbing site and cheaters and rude. Don’t give them a chance to cheat you too.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone because should you have a problem you should know that they in no way value or treat their customers with any respect.

Do not play on this site! They will ask for all of this unnecessary id information and most people can’t get most of the required IDs. They will spend more time trying to find things you did to break their tos than to give you your winnings.

Never use this site, they block you when you win, and dont give back the money!

Worst scam casino ever..I had full house n they gave the winn to there computer player…I got screen shots of that and all the times I enter n the number of players in the room are fudged…The worste Rigged casino online dont play there bingo or the slots you wont ever win.

Sometimes you get your withdrawal through, sometimes it disappears along the way. Upon questioning, the support will simply say that the money was returned to my account but I “gambled it away” since. There’s no use going to battle against them after such statements. It is best to simply choose another casino.
